  • 200 grams of flour
  • 50 grams of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • salt to taste
  • sautéed vegetables
  • 4 teaspoons of sauce

Method
  1. Mix flour, Astra, eggs, salt and milk to make a thick batter.
  2. Place a flat pan on a stove and pour 1 tablespoon of the batter onto the hot pan.
  3. Spread the vegetables into thin, even layer on the pan.
  4. Remove the well-cooked pancake from the pan, place the sautéed vegetable mix in the middle and fold pancake into a triangular shape. Pour some sauce onto the top.
