Ingredients

  • 500 grams basmati rice
  • 50 grams onion
  • 100 grams of bell peppers
  • 100 grams of tomatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 gram of Astra
  • 200 grams of soft-boiled chicken
  • 100 grams of young corn seeds
  • 50 grams of green peas
  • 50 grams of cashew
  • 10 grams of masala powder
  • 20 pepper corns
  • curry leaves
  • lemon grass
  • 1 tsp of garlic and salt

Method
  1. Heat Astra in a pan, and then add onions, lemon grass and curry leaves.
  2. Whilst they cook, add the beaten egg and garlic into it.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients along with the masala powder and 2 teaspoons of sauce to complete the dish.
