Ingredients

  • 60 g plain flour
  • 2 tbsps cocoa powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 185 g Astra
Toppings
  • 2 tbsps strawberry jam
  • 20 almonds (sliced)
  • 4 tbsps sugar
  • 5 tbsps icing sugar
  • water

Instructions

  1. SIEVE THE ICING SUGAR, FLOUR, AND BAKING SODA.
  2. BEAT THE EGG PROPERLY AND SET ASIDE.
  3. MIX WELL AND ADD ASTRA
  4. ADD THE BEATEN EGG AND KNEAD THE DOUGH FOR 1 MINUTE UNTIL IT GETS SMOOTH.
  5. ROLL THE DOUGH AND DIVIDE IT IN 4 PARTS TO MAKE 4 DIFFERENT TYPES OF BISCUITS.
  6. USING THE 1ST PART. FLATTEN_WITH YOUR HADNS. CUT WITH A COOKIE CUTTER, ADD ALMOND PIECES ON TOP AND BAKE FOR 12 TO 15 MINUTES.
  7. USING THE 2ND PART, DUST THE SURFACE WITH FLOUR, ADD THE COCOA POWDER AND MIX WELL.
  8. FLATTEN THE DOUGH AND CUT THE DOUGH WITH A FLOWER CUTTER. CUT HOLES IN THE MIDDLE HALF OF THE CUT PIECES AND BAKE FOR 12 TO 15 MINUTES.
  9. IN A SEPARATE BOWL, MIX THE COCOA POWDER, ICING SUGAR AND WATER. WHEN THE CHOCOLATE BISCUITS ARE COOL, ADD THE CHOCOLATE SAUCE ON THE TOP OF THE WHOLE BISCUITS AND PLACE THE BISCUIT WITH THE HOLE ON TOP. SET ASIDE TO COOL.
  10. USING THE 3RD PART, DUST THE SURFACE WITH FLOUR, FLATTEN THE DOUGH AND CUT INTO SQUARES.
  11. BRUSH WITH EGG ON THE TOP, SPRINKLE SUGAR ON THE SIDES AND BAKE FOR 12 – 15 MINUTES.
  12. USING THE 4TH PART, FLATTEN THE DOUGH, CUT WITH A COOKIE CUTTER. CUT HOLES IN THE MIDDLE HALF OF THE CUT PIECES AND BAKE FOR 12 TO 15 MINUTES. ADD JAM ON TOP OF THE WHOLE BISCUITS AND PLACE THE BISCUIT WITH THE HOLE ON TOP, SET ASIDE TO COOL.
