Ingredients

  • boiled eggs 2
  • Astra mayonnaise 2 tbsps
  • mustard cream 2 tsps
  • dried chili flakes 1 tsp
  • finely chopped curry leaves 2 tbsps

Instructions

  1. Cut the boiled eggs lengthwise.
  2. Remove the egg yolks carefully and put in a bowl.
  3. Mix the egg yolks with Astra Mayonnaise and salt.
  4. Put the mixture inside a piping bag and squeeze on to the boiled egg whites.
  5. To decorate, sprinkle the finely chopped curry leaves on top.
