Ingredients

  • cleaned prawns 700 g
  • lime extract 2 tsps
  • Astra Cooking Pack 4 tbsps
  • chopped ginger 2 tbsps
  • chopped garlic 5 cloves
  • diced onions 3
  • diced fresh green chillies 2
  • pandan leaves
  • curry leaves
  • Banana Peppers
  • diced tomatoes 2
  • dried chili flakes 2 tsps
  • tomato sauce / chili sauce 2 tbsps

Instructions

  1. Keep the pan on low heat and add Astra Cooking Pack.
  2. Next, add Pandan Leaves and Curry leaves to it followed by ginger and garlic.
  3. Cook under low heat while stirring for about 2 minutes. Increase the heat up to the medium level, add onions, banana peppers and tomatoes. Cook for about 2 minutes. Mix well while cooking.
  4. Add prawns to the pan. Cook until they turn pinkish.
  5. Add chilli flakes and tomato sauce or chilli sauce. Put in salt as per the choice and cook for another 5 minutes under low heat.
