Ingredients

  • dhal 250 g
  • coconut milk 2 cups
  • fresh green chilli 2
  • garlic 4 cloves
  • onions 20 g
  • Astra Cooking Pack 18 g
  • curry leaves
  • turmeric powder 5 g
  • dried chili flakes 5 g
  • mustard seed 3 g
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Wash dhal about 4 times and put in a bowl.
  2. Mix with everything except mustard, Astra and chili flakes. Add some water and boil well.
  3. Then add coconut milk to boiled dhal and cook until the milk starts to boil.
  4. Then in a separate pan, cook onions and curry leaves with Astra Cooking Pack. Then add the mustard seeds and chili flakes and cook again.
  5. Add that mixture to the dhal curry, mix and cook for a little while.
