Ingredients

  • rice 150 g
  • carrot 50 g
  • leeks 50 g
  • cabbage 30 g
  • Astra Cooking Pack 2 tbsps
  • ginger 5 g
  • garlic 5 g
  • eggs 2
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Place a pan on the heat, add 1 tbsp of Astra Cooking Pack and the grinded mixture of garlic and ginger.
  2. While it is cooking, add washed rice into it, temper and cook after adding an adequate amount of water.
  3. Keep another pan on the cooker and add 1 tbsp of Astra Cooking Pack into it. Add the egg and the finely chopped vegetables. Cook for some time.
  4. Add that mixture to the cooked rice and mix well.
