Ingredients

  • 180 g tuna fillets
  • 100 g potatoes
  • 2 tbsps onions
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp fresh green chilli
  • 1 tbsp grated cheese
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • flour and breadcrumbs
  • 3 tbsps Astra
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes well and remove the water. Mash the potatoes.
  2. Cook the tuna and mash them.
  3. Add thinly sliced onions, green chilis and cheese to the mashed potatoes. Add salt and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Then add the egg yolk, tuna and thinly cut spring onions. Mix well.
  5. Make flat round portions out of the mixture. Refrigerate for some time.
  6. Add the egg to milk and whisk well.
  7. Apply flour on the fish cakes, then egg mixture and then breadcrumbs.
  8. Place a pan on heat, add Astra, and fry the fish cakes.
