Ingredients

  • 3 tsp of Astra
  • boiled lotus root sliced into rounds
  • 3 sausages sliced into rounds
  • 1 tsp of garlic
  • 10 curry leaves picked
  • 1/2 onion finely diced
  • 2 cups of cooked rice
  • salt pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat 3 Tbsp. of Astra in a pan and fry 1 Tsp. of chopped Garlic, 10 Curry Leaves, 1/2 diced Onion. To this, add 3 sliced Sausages 3, Lotus Stems (boiled and thinly sliced) and mix.
  2. Add 2 Cups of Cooked Rice and mix well. Add Salt and Pepper to taste.
  3. Top with Spring Onions and mix.
