Ingredients

  • 500 g mango (Cut into pieces)
  • 1 tbsp chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsps ginger and garlic paste
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 tbsps Astra Cooking Pack
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • turmeric powder (A small amount)
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 2 fresh green chilli pods
  • pandan leaves
  • curry leaves
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Place a pan on heat, add Astra Cooking Pack and then mustard seeds. Then add garlic and ginger paste, pandan leaves, curry leaves, green chilis, onions and temper.
  2. After tempering, add turmeric powder, curry powder, chili powder, mango, salt and water and boil.
  3. After boiling, add sugar and coconut milk and cook under low heat.
