Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 4 onions
  • 1 tbsp dried small fish
  • 6 g shrimp paste (Optional)
  • 6 red chillies
  • 80 g water spinach
  • 400 g cooked rice
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsps sweet soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 8 prawns
  • 6 tbsps Astra Cooking Pack

Instructions

  1. IN A FOOD PROCESSOR, ADD GARLIC, ONIONS, DRIED SMALL FISH SHRIMP PASTE (OPTIONAL) AND RED CHILI. BLEND ROUGHLY, NOT INTO A FINE PASTE.
  2. IN A WOK, ADD 2 TABLESPOONS OF ASTRA COOKING PACK OVER MEDIUM HEAT, ADD SPICE PASTE AND STIR FRY UNTIL FRAGRANT.
  3. ADD IN PRAWNS AND STIR FRY UNTIL HALF COOKED. ADD SWEETSOY SAUCE AND MIX WELL.
  4. MOVE INGREDIENTS ASIDE AND ADD IN 2 EGGS AND STIR FRY UNTIL COOKED. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.
  5. ADD IN 1 TABLESPOON OF ASTRA COOKING PACK OVER MEDIUM HEAT. ADD IN COOKED RICE AND SLICED KANG KONG AND STIR FRY EVENGLY OVER HIGH HEAT, UNTIL RICE GRAINS START TO SEPARATE.
  6. SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER AND MIX EVENLY.
