Ingredients

  • eggs 2 (beaten)
  • onions 125 g (Chopped)
  • fresh green chilli 1 (Chopped)
  • tomatoes 125 g (Chopped)
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • milk 1 tsp
  • red chili powder 1/4 tsp
  • Astra 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. In a pan, heat up Astra and add chopped onions.
  2. Add chopped green chili and tomatoes. Cook until tomatoes get soft and release their juices. Season with red chilli powder, salt and pepper.
  3. Take the veggies off the pan and onto a plate. Set aside.
  4. Beat the eggs with the milk and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add more Astra into the frying pan and pour in the egg mixture.
  6. As the bottom part of the egg sets, pour your sautéed veggies onto 1 half of the round and fold.
  7. Cook until the egg is set and serve.
