Ingredients

  • 140 g all-purpose flour
  • 130 g brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tbsp Astra
  • 440 g crushed pineapple

Instructions

  1. REMOVE THE JUICE FROM THE CANNED PINEAPPLE AND PLACE IT AT THE BOTTOM OF A PIE DISH.
  2. IN A SEPARATE BOWL COMBINE THE FLOUR. SUGAR AND CINNAMON.
  3. ADD IN THE MELTED ASTRA AND MIX IT TO FORM A CRUMBLE.
  4. SPOON THE CRUMBLE OVER THE PINEAPPLE.
  5. BAKE AT 180 DEGREE CELCIUS FOR 40 MINUTES.
  6. SERVE IT HOT OR COLD - ON ITS OWN OR WITH A SCOOP OF ICE CREAM.
