Ingredients

  • 250 grams of soft-boiled potatoes
  • 150 grams of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • 250 grams of soft-boiled meat
  • 100 grams of onions
  • 200 grams of Astra
  • 2 teaspoons of ginger
  • 2 teaspoons of garlic
  • 2 teaspoons of lime
  • 100 grams of breadcrumbs
  • Few parsley leaves chopped
  • salt to taste

Methood
  1. Boil the potato in a pot and set aside.
  2. Mash the boiled potatoes until there are no lumps.
  3. The begin preparing the dough for the samosa. Add some flour and Astra to make the dough. Separate the dough into several small balls.
  4. In a separate pot, mix the rest of the ingredients together.
  5. Then flatten a small ball of flour and add in the mixture.
  6. Fold to make a triangle shape.
  7. Brush some Astra on the samosa and coat in breadcrumbs.
  8. Fry until golden.
It’s that simple. You can now make your very own delicious samosas at home with a little help from your kids.
