  • 3 tsp of Astra
  • 1/2 cups of grated pumpkin
  • 1/2 onion finely diced
  • salt pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cups of cooked rice
  • 1 Red bell pepper diced small
  • chopped spring onion leaves

Instructions

Method
  1. Heat 3 Tbsp. of Astra in a pan and fry 1/2 Cup of shredded Pumpkin, 1/2 chopped Onion. Add 1 diced Red Bell Pepper and mix.
  2. Add 1 1/2 Cups of Cooked Rice and mix well. Add Salt and Pepper to taste.
  3. Top with Spring Onions and mix.
