Ingredients

  • 8 slices of bread
  • 50 g carrots
  • 50 g fresh beetroots
  • 2 salad leaves
  • 1 potato
  • 20 g green peas
  • 1 tbsp mustard paste
  • 3 tbsp Astra
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil all the vegetables and green peas.
  2. Crush and chop green peas and potatoes together. Add finely chopped salad leaves and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grate beetroot and carrots onto separate bowls and season with salt and pepper. Crush and grind well
  4. Mix mustard paste and Astra. Apply on the bread slices.
  5. Then spread the carrot mixture on one bread slice, and cover it up with another, followed by the beetroot mixture on it. Then place another bread slice on it and add the potato and green peas mixture to it.
  6. Complete the sandwich by placing another slice of bread on top, cut diagonally and serve...
