Ingredients

  • egg 3 - 4
  • Astra 1 tbsps
  • vegetables of choice (Chopped and Sliced)
  • Parmesan cheese 1/2 cups
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Coat the bottom of the rice cooker with Astra
  2. In a medium bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the chopped vegetables of your choice. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture into the rice cooker and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
  4. Put the lid on the rice cooker and cook the frittata for approximately 15 minutes or until eggs are set.
  5. Remove the frittata from the bowl with a plastic spatula. Cut into slices to serve.
