Ingredients

  • 100 g wheat flour
  • 2 1/2 tbsps Astra
  • 1/2 tsp yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 25 g carrots
  • 25 g cabbage
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix wheat flour, 1 tbsp of Astra, yeast and salt together. Keep the dough aside for about 10 minutes to rise. Then roll the dough to stretch and thin it out.
  2. In a pan, heat 1/2 tbsps of Astra and toast the thin dough (both sides).
  3. Finely chop the carrots, cabbage, onions and tomatoes.
  4. Take those in a bowl, add 1 tbsp Astra, salt and pepper. Can add a boiled egg if preferred. Grind and mix well.
  5. Place the mixture in the middle of the dough, roll it out and fix using a toothpick. Cut and serve.
