Ingredients

  • 8 slices of bread
  • 100 g salmon fillets
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp mustard cream
  • 2 tbsps Astra acti✓
  • 2 tbsps Astra mayonnaise
  • 1/2 onions
  • 8 slices of tomatoes
  • 1 fresh green chilli pod
  • 4 salad leaves
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix the well-boiled egg and salmon together.
  2. Add Astra mayonnaise, thinly slices onions, green chili, salt and pepper and mix well.
  3. Toast the bread slices.
  4. Mix mustard cream and Astra acti✓ together. Apply that mixture on 4 bread slices.
  5. Spread the salmon and egg mixture on those slices. Place one salad leaf and 2 slices of tomato on each.
  6. Place the other bread slices on top, cut and serve.
