Ingredients

  • 150 g basmati rice
  • 100 g prawns
  • 100 g cuttlefish
  • 50 g fish
  • 50 g carrot
  • 50 g leeks
  • 5 tbsps Astra Acti✓
  • 5 g ginger
  • 5 g garlic
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Place a pan on heat, add 2 tbsps Astra Acti✓ and add chopped garlic and ginger.
  2. When they are tempering, add washed rice in to it and temper. Add adequate water and cook well.
  3. Place another pan on heat, add 3 tbsps Astra Acti✓, add the cleaned prawns and cut cuttlefish and fish pieces. When they are tempering, add the thinly sliced vegetables, salt and pepper.
  4. Add this mixture to the rice and mix well.
