Ingredients

  • 500 g onions
  • 20 g dried chili flakes
  • 50 g Astra Cooking Pack
  • salt to taste
  • sugar to taste
  • A piece of pandan leaf
  • A piece of cinnamon stick
  • 3 cardamom pods
  • 2 sticks of curry leaves

Instructions

  1. Place a pan on heat and add Astra Cooking Pack. Then add the piece of pandan leaf and curry leaves.
  2. The add cut onions and salt. While it is tempering, add sugar and chili flakes. Let it temper for about 5 minutes.
  3. Crush the seeds of the cardamom pods, sprinkle them on top and mix well.
