Ingredients

  • eggs 2
  • tomatoes 2
  • onion 1
  • leek (Chopped) 1 slice
  • bell pepper 1
  • garlic 5 - 6 cloves
  • curry powder 1 tsp
  • pepper 1 tsp
  • chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • sugar 1/4 tsp
  • Astra Cooking Pack 1 tbsp
  • Astra Cooking Pack 1 tsp
  • salt
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Dice the onion, Bell Pepper, garlic and 1 tomato. Blend the other tomato and make it liquid-ish.
  2. Place a pan on the heat, add 2 tbsp. of Astra Cooking Pack and put in cut onions, Bell Pepper and garlic. Add Salt.
  3. Then add blended tomatoes followed by curry powder and sugar.
  4. Next, add diced tomatoes and pepper. Mix well and cook for about 5 minutes under low heat.
  5. Then add chopped leeks, mix again and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Then make 2 holes in the mixture using a spoon, add ½ tsp. of Astra Cooking Pack to both and then add 2 eggs in there.
  7. Cook under low heat. Add salt and pepper on top of the eggs. Sprinkle parsley on top.
  8. Eat with bread or any other item you prefer.
