Ingredients

  • 125 g plain flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 50 g sugar
  • 125 g Astra
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tbsp banana juice / Pineapple juice
  • salt
  • 150 ml milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Sieve the flour with baking powder and let it rest for some time.
  3. Separate the egg yolks and put the egg whites in a bowl.
  4. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt for a minimum of 3 minutes.
  5. Add 25g of sugar to the egg whites and beat until stiff peaks form.
  6. Add Astra fat spread and sugar separately until the batter is creamy.
  7. Add Banana or Pineapple Juice and beat for 1 minute.
  8. Alternately fold the flour with milk. Then fold in the beaten egg whites slowly.
  9. Once the batter is ready, fill the cupcake pan evenly. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
