Ingredients

  • 2 or 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp Astra
  • 10 g leeks
  • 10 g carrots
  • 10 g tomatoes
  • 10 g fresh green chilli
  • soy sauce (as required)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Mix 2 eggs, thinly cut leeks, carrots, green chilis and tomatoes together in a bowl. Add salt and sugar. Then ad soy sauce. Mix well.
  2. Place a pan on heat and add Astra. Put a part of the egg mixture to the pan. When it is cooking, roll it from one side using a spatula or a spoon.
  3. When fully rolled, take it to a side of the pan, add about half of the remaining egg mixture to the pan and repeat the process until all entire egg mixture is used.
  4. Take out of heat, cut in to pieces and serve.
