Ingredients

  • boiled chickpeas 2 cups
  • finely chopped carrots 10 g
  • finely chopped leeks 10 g
  • finely chopped green beans 10 g
  • Astra cooking pack 2 tbsps
  • finely chopped onions 10 g
  • curry leaves
  • Pieces of coconut (If needed)
  • mustard seeds
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Place a pan on the heat and add Astra Cooking Pack. Add mustard seeds and then onions, curry leaves and pieces of coconut (if required).
  2. When the onions and curry leaves turn golden, add the vegetables and let the ingredients cook.
  3. Then add chickpeas, salt and pepper as per the taste and mix well.
