Ingredients

  • 150 g basmati rice
  • 50 g carrots
  • 30 g spring onions
  • 30 g cabbage
  • 50 g bell pepper (red)
  • 50 g green peas
  • 4 tbsps Astra Acti✓
  • 5 g ginger
  • 5 g garlic
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Place a pan on heat, add 2 tbsps Astra Acti✓ and add chopped garlic and ginger.
  2. When they are tempering, add washed rice in to it and temper. Add adequate water and cook well.
  3. Place another pan on heat, add 2 tbsps Astra Acti✓, add thinly sliced vegetables, green peas and temper them. Add salt.
  4. Add that vegetable mixture to the rice and mix well.
