We have added Astra to this recipe as Astra does not only give that unique taste but also adds the goodness of vitamins A & D to it which help your kids to maintain a normal immunity.

Instructions
In a bowl, mix 75g of Astra, flour and salt. Prepare a non-stick dough by adding cold water little by little. Close the lid of the bowl and keep aside for about 20 minutes.
Boil and chop the potatoes. Mix together with thinly grated carrots, finely chopped spring onions, thinly cut onions, mushrooms, salt and pepper.
Temper the above mixture in a pan with Astra.
Then make round balls from the dough, keep on the palm, make a hole in the middle of each dough and fill in the vegetable mixture.
Place the vegetable patties on a baking tray, add cheese on top and bake for about 30 minutes.
