  • Astra 4 tbsps
  • chopped carrots 1/4 cups
  • chopped bell peppers (Green, Yellow and Red) 1/4 cups
  • chopped spring onions 1/4 cups
  • black pepper 1/4 tsps
  • salt
  • toast or crackers
