Ingredients

  • 150 g basmati rice
  • 50 g carrots
  • 50 g leeks
  • 30 g cabbage
  • 2 tbsps Astra Acti✓
  • 5 g ginger
  • 5 g garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Place a pan on heat, add 1 tbsp Astra Acti✓ and add chopped garlic and ginger.
  2. When they are tempering, add washed rice in to it and temper. Add adequate water and cook well.
  3. Place another pan on heat, add 1 tbsp Astra Acti✓, the egg and the thinly sliced vegetables and temper them. Add salt.
  4. Add that vegetable mixture to the rice and mix well.
