Ingredients

  • boiled green gram 2 cups
  • chopped onion
  • handful of curry leaves
  • handful of coriander leaves chopped
  • finely chopped ginger 1 tsp
  • Astra Cooking Pack 4 tsps
  • cooked rice 1 1/2 cups
  • Chili pieces 1 tsp
  • mustard seeds and cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • salt

Instructions

  1. In a pan, heat up Astra Cooking Pack and sauté the onions, curry leaves and ginger.
  2. Once the onions are half fried, add the coriander leaves, chilli, mustard and cumin seeds.
  3. Once spices are fragrant, mix in your green gram and rice.
  4. Serve topped with more coriander leaves.
