Ingredients
basmati rice 1 1/2 cups
tomato juice 1 1/4 cups
chicken stock 1 1/2 cups
bell pepper 1
banana peppers 1
celery 2 sticks
chicken breast fillet 1/2
sausages 300 g
bay leaf 1
thyme 1/2 tsp
oregano 1/2 tsp

garlic 4 cloves
onion 1
spring onions
salt
pepper

Instructions
Cut the chicken and sausages in to small pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat-up Astra Cooking Pack in a pan and add a part of chopped garlic into it. Add sausages and chicken, cook and set aside from the heat.
Add Astra Cooking Pack again in to the same pan and add the rest of the chopped garlic. Then add cut onions and cook for sometime.
Then add the cut vegetables in to it and add salt and pepper.
Then add the bay leaf, tomato sauce and the chicken stock.
Then add the prepared sausages and chicken breasts ; then thyme ; then oregano and mix well.
Mix Basmati rice and mix again. Let mixture cook.
After cooking, mix with spring onions and serve.
