Ingredients

For Tortilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 cups of hot water
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsps olive oil or coconut oil
For the filling
  • 100 g cabbage
  • 100 g carrot
  • 50 g onions
  • 100 g red and green bell pepper
  • 100 g boiled chicken
  • 2 tbsps Astra mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsps tomato sauce
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add baking powder, salt and olive oil (or coconut oil) to flour and mix while adding hot water. Knead the dough for about 1 - 2 minutes, cover the bowl with a wet cloth and keep aside for 10 - 15 minutes.
  2. Then make balls out of the dough, put in a bowl, cover the bowl with a wet cloth again and keep aside for about 5 minutes. Then flatten the balls and toast both the sides in a pan.
  3. Finely chop cabbage, carrots, bell pepper and onions. Cut the boiled chicken also in to small pieces.
  4. Put all these in a bowl, add Astra Mayonnaise, salt and pepper and mix well.
  5. Apply tomato sauce on the "roti" prepared. Put the mixture on to it, roll the "roti" and fix by using a toothpick.
