Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • 4 tbsps Astra Acti✓
  • 1 tsp Astra Acti✓
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 1 fresh green chilli pod
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 potato
  • 50 g cabbage
  • 1 tsp dried chili flakes
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, 3 tbsps of Astra Acti✓ and salt together by adding water little by little. Knead well to make the dough.
  2. Place a pan on heat, and 1 tbps of Astra Acti✓ and add ground garlic. Add thinly sliced vegetables, onions and green chilis. Add pepper, onions and chili flakes. Add boiled and mashed potatoes as well. Mix well.
  3. Make balls out of the dough, flatten using a rolling pin, add the vegetable curry to the middle, fold in a triangle shape, add 1 tsp of Astra Acti✓ to a pan and cook the vegetable roti. Cook every side of the roti.
