Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • 5 tbsps Astra Acti✓
  • 100 g chicken
  • 50 g potatoes
  • 20 g carrots
  • 2 fresh green chilli pods
  • 1 onion
  • 10 g spring onions
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, 2 tbsps Astra Acti✓ and salt together. Knead the dough using water. Close the lid of the bowl and let is rest for about 10 minutes.
  2. Boil the chicken and potatoes.
  3. Place a pan on heat and add 2 tbsps Astra Acti✓. Then add the boiled chicken and potatoes, thinly sliced carrots, onions, green chilis and spring onions and cook well. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Make small balls out from the dough and make circles with a diameter of about 10cm. Roll them using a rolling pin to a thickness of about 1cm.
  5. Add the curry to a half of the roti. Then fold it and press the edges using fingers. Place a pan on heat again, add 1 tbsp Astra Acti✓ and fry the roti.
  6. Cut from the middle and serve.
