That’s why for the Triffin box series we thought of introducing an appetizing chickpea recipe which will help moms to feed their kids chickpeas. Not only this recipe is tasty, but this is also nutritious as it is made using Astra.

Ingredients

  • 100 g chickpeas
  • 1 onion
  • 1 fresh green chilli pod
  • A small amount of curry leaves
  • 1 small tomato (if needed)
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsps Astra
  • 2 tbsps Astra mayonnaise
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Boil the chickpeas.
  2. Place a pan on heat, add Astra, finely chopped onions, green chili, curry leaves, tomatoes and chili flakes.
  3. Cook for some time and then add the chickpeas. Season with salt. Mix well.
