Ingredients

  • large eggs 5
  • garlic powder 1 tsp
  • cooked ham 125 g
  • cheddar cheese 1 cup (Grated)
  • chopped spinach 1 cup
  • salt 1/4 tsps
  • pepper 1/4 tsps

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. (200 degrees C.)
  2. Grease the muffin pan with Astra and set it aside.
  3. In a large bowl, crack in eggs and whisk in garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  4. Divide ham, cheese and spinach evenly into the cups on the muffin pan.
  5. Pour the whisked eggs over each cup on the muffin pan.
  6. Sprinkle with more cheese if desired. Bake the egg muffins in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until set.
  7. Allow to cool a bit and serve.
