Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 4 tbsps Astra
  • 20 g broccoli
  • 10 g bell pepper
  • 20 g carrots
  • 20 g potatoes
  • 20 g tomatoes
  • 5 g coriander leaves
  • 30 g cheese
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare a non-stick dough by kneading flour, 3 tbsps Astra, salt and water. Place on a bowl, close the lid and let it rest for about 20 minutes.
  2. Place a pan on heat, add 1 tbsp Astra and add diced vegetables, salt and pepper and cook well.
  3. Flat the dough by using a rolling pin. Place on an Astra-applied pie plate or circular baking tray. Remove the excess parts.
  4. The add the prepared vegetable mixture on to it.
  5. Grate the cheese on top.
  6. In a pre-heated oven, bake the pie under 250 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes.
