Ingredients

  • eggs 2 beaten
  • Astra 30g
  • shallots 20g sliced
  • garlic 15g sliced
  • oyster sauce 15g
  • sweet soy sauce 30g
  • leeks 20g sliced
  • steamed brown rice

Instructions

  1. In a pan, coat the surface with Astra and add beaten eggs. Stir until scrambled eggs are cooked well and set aside
  2. Add more Astra into the pan and stir in shallots and garlic. Once fragrant, add oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce and sliced leeks
  3. Add rice and egg into the pan and stir fry. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Transfer fried rice into a dish and serve
