Instructions
Peel the potatoes and boil them for about 15 minutes in salted water. Remove the water and smash them in a bowl.
For 1 cup of smashed potatoes, add 1 cup flour and 3 tbsps Astra Acti✓. Knead until a non-stick dough is prepared.
Take out small portions out of that dough (about 1/2 inches), keep a fork on those pieces and roll the fork on them until they appear as shown in the image.
Add a little bit of salt to a bowl of water, keep it on heat and add the Gnocchi when the water boils. When the Gnocchi starts floating, take them out.
This Gnocchi can be mixed with tomato sauce, chili mayonnaise, yoghurt mayonnaise, garlic sauce or any sauce you prefer.
Enjoy your Gnocchi as it is or use a preferred dish to complement it.
