Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of oblong bread
  • 2 tbsp Astra
  • 150 g minced chicken
  • 1/2 onion (chopped)
  • 2 tbsps minced garlic
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp sambal chili paste
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tbsps Astra
  • 3 tbsps Astra mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsps ketchup
  • 2 tbsps chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • sliced cabbage

Instructions

  1. IN A WOK, ADD 2 TABLESPOONS ASTRA, ADD CHOPPED ONIONS, COOK ON LOW HEAT UNTIL ONIONS BECOME TRANSLUCENT, ADD MINCED GARLIC AND STIR FRY UNTIL FRAGRANT.
  2. ADD SAMBAL CHILI, CUMIN, CURRY POWDER AND MIX WELL. ADD MINCED CHICKEN AND STIR FRY UNTIL COOKED. SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER. MIX WELL AND SET ASIDE.
  3. CUT OBLONG BREAD OPEN, IN A PAN, MELT 2 TABLESPOONS OF ASTRA AND TOAST BREAD ON BOTH SIDES UNTIL NICE AND BROWN. SET ASIDE.
  4. IN A BOWL, CRACK 3 EGGS, ADD COOLED MINCED CHICKEN MIXTURE.
  5. IN ANOTHER BOWL, MIX 2 TABLESPOONS KETCHUP, 2 TABLESPOONS CHILI SAUCE, 2 TABLESPOONS WATER AND 1 TABLESPOON SUGAR.
  6. IN A FLAT PAN, ADD 2 TABLESPOONS OF ASTRA, ADD EGG AND MEAT MIXTURE INTO PAN AND SPREAD EVENLY.
  7. PLACE THE BREAD SKIN SIDE UP OVER THE EGG SO THAT IT SOAKS THE EGG MIXTURE UP.
  8. PRESS THE BREAD DOWN AND COOK FOR 2 MINUTES.
  9. FLIP OVER AND REMOVE SANDWICH FROM PAN, ADD SLICED CABBAGE AND TOP WITH KETCHUP SAUCE AND MAYONNAISE.
  10. FOLD IT BACK UP AND SLICE INTO SMALL PIECES.
