The healthiest breakfast meal of them all. Not just healthy, but these easy scrambled eggs are full of flavour and they can be prepared faster than you can say scrambled eggs. You can always add in your favourite spices to make it your own too!

Ingredients

  • eggs 2
  • Astra 2 tbsps
  • milk 1 tbsp
  • tomatoes 1
  • spring onions 10 g
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Beat the two eggs well
  2. Then add milk, salt and pepper and beat again
  3. Place a pan on low heat, add Astra Margarine and add the mixture to it
  4. When the mixture is getting cooked, take a spoon or spatula and cook the mixture while pushing the mixture from the middle to the corner
  5. Take the mixture out of the pan and sprinkle some chopped spring onions on top
