Ingredients

  • eggs 2
  • onions 1
  • green chillies 2
  • tomato 1
  • Astra 18 grams
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice onions, chillies and tomatoes and set it aside to be used later.
  2. Drop a cube of Astra onto a non-stick omelette pan & allow Astra to heat for a bit.
  3. Sauté sliced onions and chillies for few minutes, then add in the tomatoes.
  4. Beat the eggs with salt and pepper together and add to the sautéed ingredients.
  5. Cook under very low fire till the omelette is done and fold it.
